New tarp for the Opel Blitz long hood
WIKING has treated the long-serving Opel Blitz of the fifties to a new tarp. This new addition lets the long hood appear more authentic than ever. This classic owes its considerably increased contemporary appeal to the folds of the new tarp, especially since it flaunts the colours of the traditional tyre manufacturer. The Rüsselsheim car manufacturers let the Opel Blitz roll off the production line with its fresh new long hood and shiny chrome radiator grille décor as early as 1952 - not a minute to soon as its sales figures started to soar within a few months.
