New models February 2020

The models prove it – WIKING goes into the new decade with its popular wealth of features! The brand attributes for the new decade remain: collector fascination, brand tradition, and authenticity in the detail. In the February delivery, the focus is on the new generation of heavy-duty tractors, which premières with the Fendt 942 Vario in 1:87 scale, and once again provides proof of the detailed design expertise of the traditional model makers. In contrast to this, the Eicher Königstiger with front loader and matching manure spreader is appearing in the style of the Wuppertal Blumhardt prototype. The fascination of the 1:87 scale is also ensured by such noteworthy, true-to-prototype models as the 1960s Opel Rekord estate car, whose prototype was once in the service of the signalling department of the German Federal Railways (DB). And the Land Rover 88 with baggage trailer was once used by the Swiss Post Office (PTT) – WIKING fans can revel in the miniaturisation. And because the 1:87 scale enthusiasts continue to enjoy the cycles of themes which mutually interact so splendidly, WIKING is immediately extending the water-blue construction site range with a mighty tipper trailer on a MAN front wheel drive chassis. There is also a VW T1 Doka in Bölling colours, and a wonderful period trailer set with the Volvo N12 in the attractive colours of the legendary Swedish transport company, ASG.
