WIKING turns the duo flaunting the colours of Raab Karcher into a trio – adding another cubic Mercedes-Benz to the product range. This time, the traditional model makers have planted the flatbed tipper on three axles. The origins of Raab Karcher date back to 1848, when it was founded in Kaiserslautern as a coal trading company. Over the decades, the company underwent a transformation from a pure fuel trader to one of the most important players in the European building materials trade. Today, Raab Karcher is the core brand of Stark Deutschland GmbH and operates as an indispensable partner for the professional trade as well as for private builders. This cubic Mercedes-Benz is another vehicle that brings back a piece of construction site history at WIKING: In the 1960s and the 1970s, Raab Karcher was among the builder’s merchants in the Federal Republic who were set on a course of expansion. The dealerships operated with their own fleet of lorries that guaranteed on-time delivery of the building materials to the construction site.
