  • Opel Rekord C Coupé with an American hip swing
  • Mercedes-Benz 250 T made station wagons socially   acceptable
  • “Düdo” refrigerated lorryrestores the aura of the “Seefische” company
  • Beloved by Parisian elites and gangsters: the Citroën 15 SIX

WIKING’s June delivery is focused entirely on presenting automotive milestones and invites you on a fascinating trip down memory lane. The journey begins in the pre-war years with the black and white limousine version of the Citroën 15 SIX. Its front-wheel drive and powerful six-cylinder engine once earned it the title of “Queen of the Road”. Charm of a different kind is exuded by the VW 181 in the shape of the former “Kübelwagen” and by the red Opel Rekord C Coupé, which flaunts a “hip swing” that was inspired by the Coke bottles sold in the United States. WIKING is also unveiling the signal red Mercedes-Benz 200/8 and the Mercedes-Benz 250 T, which both sprang from revitalised moulds. The fact that commercial vehicles can also embody genuine lifestyle is proven by the VW T3 bus with its likeable bicolour design of premium quality. The vehicles are joined by the green-beige flatbed truck with cubic cab and the Mercedes-Benz L 608, which brings back the "Seefische" design as “Düdo”, transporter. Finally, the yellow MB O 302 tour bus brandishing a “Deutschland” design serves as a reminiscence of the 1974 Football World Cup.
